Case study
Fitness tracking iOS/Android app
Mobile product delivery for an iOS and Android fitness app with Bluetooth hardware integration.
3,000+ hours • 200+ tasks • 12 contributors • 15 updates
Challenge
Live workout tracking over Bluetooth hardware had to prove reliable on both platforms before consumer features could land.
Outcome
Reached 9,000+ users with live BLE and WebSocket workout tracking across iOS and Android.
Team mix: 2 Android, 2 iOS, 2 backend, 2 QA, 2 UI/UX, 1 DevOps, 1 PM/BA.
Product context: 9,000+ users and 15 shipped updates.
My contribution
Coordinated the whole project across mobile, backend, design, QA, and release work — from hardware de-risking with standalone BLE test apps to live WebSocket workout tracking, server-side logging, secure photo storage, and 15 production updates.
