Challenge
The bot-first MVP had to become a full Telegram Mini App without losing creator, event, and subscription flows.
Outcome
Shipped geolocation-based event search, venue and creator tools, subscriptions, and EN/DE localization.
Team mix: 3 backend, 3 frontend, 1 UI/UX, 1 PM/BA.
My contribution
Managed delivery from bot-first MVP to the Telegram WebApp port: creator and user role flows, event attendance and matching journeys, venue management, subscription logic, and production infrastructure.
