Challenge
Answers could hide entire sections of a survey. Templates, prefilled responses, photos, and report layouts had to stay consistent as questions changed.
Outcome
Production survey app with reusable templates, prefilled answers, photos, and PDF reports. A broker/insurer portal stayed in discovery against budget.
My contribution
Defined question types, section visibility, image order, and how template answers copy into new reports. Took PDF and layout fixes through production updates.
