A medical distributor scaling across 4 countries needed invoicing, approvals, and regional sales-rep permissions working together from day one.
Outcome
Delivered the procurement and sales ERP from concept through scale across four countries.
My contribution
Led delivery of the proforma-to-invoice-to-payment workflow, regional sales-rep permissions, threshold-based purchase approvals, PDF generation, and multi-currency support. Turned discovery and business analysis into the SOW, estimates, sprint scope, and cross-team delivery plans.
